Tantric Origins
Everything in life (all experiences, all interactions, all objects, everything!) is there as an instrument for learning and growing; this is the tantric philosophy of spirituality. There is no right and wrong, good and bad, holy and demonic. Instead, all are an expression of the duality of a manifested universe which are unavoidable repercussions of a creation caught in time and space; so long as there is creation and destruction there will always be polarized forces active in the universe!
Most religions and spiritual traditions claim divine origins or origination, yet a universe beginning from such a place of omnipotence and omnipresence based upon love and bliss would not have ever created such things as hatred, anger, fear, and suffering if the central intention was to create unity and love. That is of course unless all is there for the benefit of evolution and not dissemination, unless all is inherently part of the love and bliss.
The tantric tradition teaches us how the universe and all that has been created is a tool for spiritual development. There is no right and wrong there simple IS and in this state of being anything is possible. The mind needs duality to survive. Without the duality there is no mind, no contrast to observe, and it is in this space of no-mind that tantra lives and thrives, the space where there is no space, and the time when all is eternal. Go beyond the body, go beyond the mind, go beyond the universe; this is the teachings of tantra. Stop worrying about good and bad and focus on what’s beyond it all and there you will find your spirituality.
At the ashram we are not here to condemn the sinners and celebrate the saints, we are here to show everyone that everyone is godly. Spiritually is about riving awareness and bringing the mind to the center of consciousness where it can rest in the eternal present, awake and alive in the bliss of divinity.
Allow your life to blossom like the lotus flower caught in the morning sun, bathed in the blissful warm of the life-giving source of creation! Stop judging and start being!
