This retreat involves a balance between physical activity, private time, and guidance from our yoga teachers.

The rejuvenation retreat focuses on self-discovery and also understanding preventative techniques for avoiding stress and anxiety. There's also a strong concentration upon developing a positive lifestyle with healthy habits that can be practiced throughout your life.

Some of the elements that will be focused on within the rejuvenation retreat include:

  3. Body wisdom and self-knowledge. Knowing your body is the first step to discovering where you hold tension, and pain inside your body and mind. By learning specific asana practices that help to increase your awareness of the body, you're giving yourself the opportunity to eliminate anxiety and body pains once and for all.

  4. Knowing your breath. Another vital aspect of self health is knowing your breath. This is because the breath can directly control our emotions, temperaments, and feelings. By learning how to breathe properly and also learning breathing techniques you can begin to induce greater happiness, balance, and mindfulness into your daily lifestyle.

  5. Self investigation. Sometimes we do not take the necessary time out of our lives to examine our position in life. By starting an internal investigative in a relaxed and supportive environment we can easily see the changes that need to occur in our life and the methods by which we can achieve this.

  6. Natural immersion. The Tureya ashram is located on 20 acres of national forest. This location was selected because of its natural beauty and peace. By staying at the ashram, students have plenty of opportunities to enjoy nature and be iat peace with the sounds of birds singing and the rushing of rivers and waterfalls.
